REVIEW: Girls And Boys by M.B. Feeney #ComingSoon

Girls And Boys by M.B. Feeney

RELEASING JULY 04, 2017

MY REVIEW:

A string of BritPop tunes acts as the binding backdrop to this dialogue-rich tale set in 90's London. Jack and Andy, longtime best mates, are facing the realities of stepping out on their own. Andy has jumped straight into the work force, and is persuing his dream. Jack, on the other hand, is attending uni by day and bar-tending at night. A serious relationships is the last thing on either of their radars at this juncture in their lives.
Of course, when you least expect something is when it happens, right?
Girls & Boys is told from multiple points of view, although it's mostly through Jack's eyes that we get to watch their shenanigans unfold. From barely missed deadlines and car troubles to worrying about bills, from going on major benders to trying to sort the female psyche, Jack and Andy's story will take you on a jaunt down memory lane if you're a product of the 90's, or will show you what you missed if you aren't.
Definitely recommend.
